responsibility of securing the best possible work from their agency to their client and that of getting profitable compensation for it from their client, for their agency. Account planners, on the other hand, focus on the agency’s strategic and creative thought process with the aim of grabbing consumer attention. The creative team works to create novel, innovative and effective advertisements, Media Planners execute advertising campaigns to enhance effectiveness and Market Researchers use research to gain insights into consumer psyche. Salary is generally not a constraint for suitable candidates in this industry. This will, of course, depend on the individual’s merit, qualifications and experience.
